    Whichever way you choose. The fixing on the bottom of the platform will need to be flush so you don't fuck the floor up, defeating the purpose of having it

    Why do you want to bolt it down? If its 100kg it won't be moving much. I built my platform out of two sheets of 15mm marine ply and 15mm gym mats. The platform itself is 2400x1200 and the left over ply and gym mats (1200x1200) are stuck together to bring the rack up to the height of the...

    I should have been more clear. It will be inconsistent if you are measuring a person's height in free air. If you were marking height on a fixed object (wall) then measuring that it will be more accurate.

    Haven't heard of the yo-yo test, I'll check it out. I like challenging runs, because I get way too bored just going at the same pace. Actually just got the ok from the physio yesterday to start running again

    Practice the beep test, it's a skill. I went up three levels in about as many weeks just by getting my timing right and not wasting energy.

    Cheers tuna I'll have search around, there's a lot of shit to sift through to find something half decent. Oni; without entirely justifying myself to you and filling you in on my entire history. I've squated more than that but those are realistic numbers that I can do any day.
