I got Mango flavour in the regular version and Strawberry Lime in the stim free. Used Mango today, it's not the worst tasting pre workout I've had but definitely not the best...
I highly rate CVM, excellent face for the bodybuilding world, seems like a genuinely nice guy and always having a laugh.

So I got these shoes recently and thought I'd share my opinion.
Unboxing - initial thoughts were that they look tiny. Admittedly I am only a size 9US (so these are an 8UK) but they looked smaller than all my other shoes and I thought they wouldn't fit but they're spot on.

I'm looking to start a new program thru the winter with the main aim being to bulk with some strength gains.
I've just come off a 'bro split' chest & tri's, back & bi's, legs & shoulders and made some good progress, getting the strongest I've been but due to my holiday/forced deload, I quickly...

Certainly not the worst pre workout...
I apologise if this has been discussed before but what is everyone's opinion on fatiguing a smaller muscle group in order to force the larger muscles to do more work?
What I mean is, to maximise growth in say the chest/pecs
a) Doing triceps before benching or
b) Fatiguing the chest with flyes...
So i'm looking to add some band work to my training, I was going to just get one of the 6 packs from gymdirect. Is this the best option considering i've never used them before and will get a range of sizes, plus works out cheaper than getting 3 or so individual pairs. What colours/resistance do...
