My kids both do little athletics and this year my son is finally catching up to some of the other kids (he's more mathletic than athletic). A few times this week he has asked if we can do some exercise, specifically running, so we went down to the oval.
In his age group (u9) they do 400m and...

Last digital camera I bought is 3.2MP with 10x optical zoom and it was over 10yrs ago.

My shoulder mobility has never been good. I've injured my right rotator cuff in my old job twice and was told to get stronger.
I recently started lifting again after 11 months of being a lazy shit and my right shoulder seems to be tight and giving me dramas with my bench (but not my OHP). When...
I've been lifting on and off for most of this year (I've had a few breaks due to injury, holiday, work, <enter excuses here>) but having never done deadlifts before I thought I should get someone to check out my form before the weight gets much more and I do some damage.
I took the video camera...
I've done weights before but have only started with the compound lifts the last few weeks (The shed was put up, and I made up some squat racks) but with rugby season coming closer I'm after some advice for mixing the lifting with my rugby training and games.
At the moment I have training on Wed...
