    nutri bullet. missus wanted one,i thought it was a gimmicky piece of shit. i use it all the time and she hardly touches it. can throw anything in there like almonds, oats, fibrous veggies and fruit and it comes out smoother than any other blender ive used

    Big breakfast or big dinner? Who cares it's personal preference. One thing I've found though Is a big lunch always leaves me sluggish and tired so unless it's a weekend and I can lounge on the couch I always eat light at lunch. If I have it at all ;)

    time and work. my work is erratic sometimes working 13-14 days straight then 4-5 days off and being manual labour it can wear me down a bit when im really busy.
