    just learn to powerclean and get the bar up there that way. its only a true military press if its cleaned anyway, otherwise its just a press out of the rack ;)

    i wouldnt be dissing NS.com, the average knowledge of people in the weightlifting section there is a lot higher than i have experienced in my short time here so far. but yeh, every other section of the website is questionable.

    yep, got home just fine markos, thanks again for the hospitality! yep, hoping for over 700 in january, that comp has given me so much motivation, both in training leading up to the comp and now post comp seeing how strong everyone has got makes me want to train even harder.
