    not a doctor but i would ice it, take a couple of neurofin if its really bad and give it a day or so and see how it goes. If there is no change after 3 days consider seeing a doc.

    Been doing the following based on some brief info in one of the posts Markos. Started quite lite on a couple due to the tendon tear and will see how it goes. Ukranian Deadlift - 20 x 40kg. 1 set.
