Most effective way of taking WPI/WPC, Dextrose, L-Glutamine and Creatine Post+Pre w/o

Like everyone said, get your diet right. I am the last person who should be giving diet advice but as an athlete (a soccer player) you should know better than eating bacon, sandwiches and potatoes as your regular meals. Pre and Post shakes - I use 60g WPC, 5g L Glut, 5g Creapure and...

dumbell press vs smith machine - shoulders

I am assuming you are not a powerlifter, as there would be no question here - for a powerlifter the (barbell) Bench Press is king. In my opinion, the problem with the Smith machine is it locks you into a certain plane of movement. A bench press is not a straight up and down movement for most...

    Doms, is this normal???

sorry mate, I didn't mean to sound dismissive. What I meant was educating yourself is an important part of training. Know why you are doing things, and what you expect to gain from what you are doing.

    Doms, is this normal???

Yes. I suggest you take a while to review the physiology of training, and muscle growth from over-compensation and I think you will find the answers to all your questions.

    Doms, is this normal???

Nutrition and recovery have quite a bit to do with it. Sleep big and eat big. You will be right though, everyone deals with it at one time or another.

    Doms, is this normal???

I guess everyone is different but if you are consistant I can't imagine much more than a month or so.

    Doms, is this normal???

Train consistantly. I rarely get more than a low level of DOMs.

Hi [you] and welcome to ausbb

Yeah I started that journal on MM and ran out of steam after about three entries, ha ha! To much effort converting kgs to lbs. I should actually go and update it with my last weeks training. More un-productive work time coming up! The axle I am using is 50 or 52mm I think. The bumper...
