    Yes I started today and it is something crazy that is why I'm a bit concerned and confused... I watched some clips on youtube and it just shows them going straight into dropsets ie: Chest 1 set x 8 - 12reps 60kg 1 set x 8 - 12reps 30kg 1 set x 8 - 12reps 15kg Back 1 set x 8 - 12reps...
