    Do you put in 20min of HIIT at the end of your program whilst your cutting? It might help :) But your right most of it comes down to diet.

    I did a session at Executive fitness in Mt Lawley last friday morning that my friend took me along to and they seemed pretty set up for training in regards to that sort of thing. I dont know of any other girls in perth who are bodybuilding but Im sure they are out there.

    I was cardio queen until I read a article about the advantages and benefits of weight lifting appose to just sitting on a treadmill/push bike. Problem is most girls think they will get bulky if they do heavy weights. Its a common misconception.

    how long does it take for you girl to get to that point of lifting 100kg? Im 178cm,69kg and I can only deadlift 50kg atm, (I’ve only started doing dl's very recently). I imagine its going to take forever to get to 100kg..lol
