    Losing more than 2lbs of fat per week

    Note I have no intention of losing any fat. But this issue keeps coming back. A lot of sources advises that you should only drop 1 to 2 pounds per week max. My question is, why? Conveniently a 1 pound drop is 500 cal per day deficit for 7 days while a 2 pound drop is 1000 cal per day deficit...
