    Do any of you guys do farmer's walks?Do you increase weight or distance or both as you improve??

    The "arnold" finisher

    Put about 50% of 1rm squat on the bar. Play this song: Luke Million - Arnold [OFFICIAL VIDEO] - YouTube Everytime they say "DOWN", you squat. In the little break bits I did calf raises cause I was bored. I think total squat is about 35-40. I'll have to check. It's great fun!
