I just got a tummy bug because of the damn work I do.
The pharmacist told me not to eat.
That's like telling mento kill my self.
How do I get around the bug?
I am hungry but I can't eat much at all... I force my self.
To reduce the size of my tummy should do a lot of ab exercises? I've read that by doing them it will create unwanted mass but i look at another page and it tell me something different that by not doing it will not tone the abs.
