101 Reasons You Are Not Building Muscle

Want to see if we can come up with at least 101 reasons people are not building muscle.

So let it rip...
 
Some obvious ones..
- Not lifting heavy
- Not eating enough
- going to the gym as a social event rather than a training session..
 
acouple just off the top of my head -

- Not eating correctly
- Bad form
- Not training towards your goal
- Lazy

Too much booze
too much coke
staying out too late at the strippers
eating too much salami and cheese
focusing on gambling instead of training
Perving on chicks causing long gaps b/w sets
Training hungover 3 days a week

that is just last week, how many more do you want?
 
Not counting calories
Not counting rest periods in between sets
Not writing down workout (ex, sets, reps)
Thinking heavy was the key
Lifting to light
Thinking sex was cardio
