Don't know if anyone else is posting update pics. 85.8kg on 1/4/14 to 82.3kg this morning. Waist from 82.5 to 79.4cm. As I said, waist is pretty much the only one that changes for me. Everything else nearly identical. Moved house so different lighting and now I'm actually practising BB poses so not exactly the same relaxed poses.

Props to putting up a before photo. Once you're accountable, the progress will come in leaps and bounds.

4 weeks in and 7kg increase in body weight, (started 1 week early and will finish 1 week early).
78kg starting weight, currently 85kg, goal is 90kg.
9 weeks to gain 5kg more, won't be easy.

My long arms are probably my worst body part, but hitting them 6 days a week seems to be working so far.
