Hi there,
I've read a bit of conflicting info about Alkaline protein.
They quote:
Alkaline-based protein is much easier to break down and assimilate by your body. That's because Alkaline-based protein is easier to digest. Also, it's rich in the alkaline minerals (like Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Bicarbonate Minerals) which are necessary to buffer the build-up of lactic-acid in your body.
Any of you guys have ideas about this?
I am loving the flavour of Choc Peanut Butter in Alkaline protein - if I can drink my protein shakes with water I'm a happy camper so am willing to pay...
Cheers,
