I have brought the Balance brand BCAA Tabets
I am 98kg bodybuilder and am around 60-70% muscle just a guess. I got these becos my work sometimes means I dont get enough protein in my diet as I shod.
The container says to take 2-6 tabets following a work out.
So my first question is how many should I take (at $28 a jar I would like to take enough to keep myself and maybe add a few extra pounds of muscle)
also are these more effective after or before a work out cos I have read a few different theroys, and am now wondering if this even matters.
