I don't know if they are best, but my favorites are

Chest - bench press
Back (upper) - chinups
Back (lower) - hypers
Shoulders - military or dumbbell press
Thighs (quad) - squats or lunges, step ups with current knee injury
Thighs (ham's) - not sure (I only do leg curls as specific exercise)
Biceps - barbell or dumbbell curls
Triceps - overhead tricep press with ez bar
