I go past it every day but have never eaten there. Will bear in mind.
 
Not so sure about value, but squires loft on Toorak Rd Sth Yarra is the shit, I'm an addict, just need it, I know all you kunce think I'm addicted to yeyo, booze, women and gambling, but they are merely hobbies, squires meat is what I dream about, it's what I crave. The ribs, god those ribs, meat falls off the bone before you get it to your mouth.

Is that the two story joint? Pretty sure I've been there once on my travels to Melbourne. Had a big rib eye

Narrow 2 story place, next to the rail bridge, Sth Yarra train station across the road over the bridge.
Good choice the rib eye, my usual is ribs to share and rib eye on the bone, medium, with green pepper sauce and chips.
 
Italy1. Camberwell exy, but beautiful food.
their marinara is good, and the osso bucco is also good.

cheap eats, at the moment, I can't believe this but the Coach and Horses pub in Ringwood grill a seriously good rib eye, in fact it is the best I've ever had, along with a green mix of beans, shoots, and asparagus, it's damn good.
 
For value you can't beat Thaila Thai on Lygon St Brunswick.
Missus got me onto it, wasn't a fan at first, but the food is great and cheap as. The decor on the other hand, is another story, it's just like being back in Phuket, c/w the taking orders by memory and never fuckng them up.
Joint is always full.
 
Favourites in Perth are
Lapa - All you can eat brazillian barbecue meat, decent price, good atmosphere
Christina's - An italian place that i go to fairly often but never order the italian things on the menu. They do a very generous size portions on all their foods which is why i like it. Very good quality too.
 
I like to go to these places for an excellent feed.

Fitzgerald Seafood Restaurant - It's a tiny place just outside of Northbridge which is always full due to its authentic cantonese cuisine hard to find anywhere else in Perth. Their eel, prepared 2 ways, is simply delightful.

Carvers - Its an all you can eat place inside Crown Casino. Become a Crown member and you can have a mega feed there for around $15. Pork, beef, turkey roasts, nice salads and deserts too.

Clancy's Fish Pub - A totes reliable eatery where you are guarranteed an icy cold beer and tasty generous sized pub food, fast. Consistently good fish and chups.

What about sydney, including chinatown. Will be there at end of month.
