Seeing as the CAPO Deadlift comp isnt a push/pull like last year, I thought I may as well hold one for those interested in testing there bench before years end.

No weight divisions mate, this isnt a CAPO comp.

You get 3 benches, your best lift is recorded.

If we get any prizes for the comp, it will be for the most weight lifted by male and female, and the biggest male and female Glossbrenner score.

I had a chat to work, and I weezled the Friday off to drive down, given my current back issues I thought doing a dead lift comp was a bit optermistic...

Just as an interesting fact....

am refers to before midday (ante meridiem, 'before noon')
pm refers to after midday (post meridiem, 'after noon')

So both midnight and noon are neither am nor pm.

The correct term is 12 midnight, and 12 noon, or simply midnight and noon.

Although the correct one is usually obvious given the context...

Just best 3 based on glos score will it be fir women raw and equipt or all in?

Wrist wraps allowed for raw?

The equipped lifts won't be able to place.
Mike is using a shirt, but will take his first attempt raw, as will Zach and corralee if she wants to use the shirt.

150kg at 74kg.... Its going to be hard to beat.Ricky will bench 180kg... but he is 107kg
