INGREDIENTS:
100 g protein powder (choc or vanilla)
50 g almond meal
50 g desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
1 heaped tblspn tahini paste or nut paste
50 g cocoa (unsweetened)
50 g sweetener
Cold water
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients except water in a large bowl. Knead together into a paste, gradually adding cold water in small quantities, until it resembles a sticky, dough-like consistency.
Mould small balls and roll in additional coconut until thoroughly coated. Refrigerate. (Makes approximately 20 balls)
Approx. nutritional value per serve (average 20 serves)

Protein: 5.5 g
Carbohydrates: 1.5 g
Fat: 4 g
Fibre: 0.65 g
**recipe alternative**
If you have frozen berries in your freezer, unthaw a even cup & mash into a paste.
Use the berries in place of the cold water. This gives the fudge-balls a slight berry taste & adds to the guilt-free sweetness too!
