My intra/post mix is BCAAs. extra leucine and dextrose.

What would be the impact of just eating lollies instead of adding dextrose.

Is it the fructose? IS IT?

Look at the ingrdients if main ingredient is glucose syrup e.g jelly beans good to go, if main is sugar thats half sucrose half glucose which are absorbed in different pathways or just eat the fuckin food and not give 2 shits
