I probably wouldnt dirty bulk at that bf, you'll end up fat. Most people only dirty bulk because they're lazy, or because they're sub 70kg males.

That's what I was afraid of. I've never dirty bulked and never felt the need. Just thought I would guage opinions having never done it.

It's easy enough getting the calories in with a clean diet.
Why take one step forward two steps back?
Keep it as clean a possible and you'l be thankful when it comes to cutting time.
Note: cardio has its place in weight loss at the right time used the right way... Holding on to lean mass while dieting is tricky business when you are not using gear...

Calorie deficit is what you need not cardio.
