I find these guys good for DIY testing..

I use the multiple day adrenal hormone to moniter my cortisol and DHEA-S levels as single morning serum draws of these hormones is unreliable yet drs will not prescribe multiple day tests as it is "unneccisary". I have heard of cases of people with high morning cortisol and then running low through out the rest of the day causing alot of problems, this is generally due to adrenal fatique or exhausiton and has been linked to caffeine and stimulant use.

There are other tests that are very useful such as hair mineral analysis and Complete Digestive Stool Analysis
The Complete Digestive Stool Analysis (CDSA) is a functional test that provides an overview of the components of digestion, absorption, intestinal function and microbial flora, as well as identifying pathogenic bacteria, parasites and yeasts.
Hair mineral analysis can detect whether there is an excess or deficiency of vital nutrient minerals such as calcium, potassium, zinc and iron. It can also identify over-exposure to toxic metals such as aluminium, lead, arsenic and mercury.

HMA may be good for the tuna junkie to have..

stay healthy.
