Event - GPC NSW States 3-lift competition.
When - APRIL 29th 2012
What - Raw and equipped event. This is a GPC sanctioned event and will be only open to GPC members. National records can be set at this event.
Where - Bankstown Sports Bowls Club
41 Northam Ave Bankstown 2200
Weig in - Saturday - 11am-1pm at PTC sydney
Sunday - 9am-11am at bankstown sports bowls with lifting Starting at - 11am
Cost - Lifters $50
Spectators free

Shame I cant 24 hr weigh in though. Being in Canberra sucks.

Im going to eat like a boss after weigh in on Sunday.
