H2H Tactics training centre is Adelaide’s newest training facility located at Edwardstown
We specialise in martial arts and strength and conditioning for all ages, sexes and skill levels
Our classes include
Kapap is based on concepts and principles - not relying on learning endless techniques. This means it is quick to learn and easy to put into practice. It is practical and can be learned by just about anyone, in any condition, in a short time.
This is the system of choice for over 60 military and law enforcement units all over the world. Training puts emphasis on high stress drills to enable practitioners to perform under pressure and apply skills learnt when required.
Boxercise - Lose weight and build your self confidence with safe non-contact exercise for all ages and skill levels. All boxing drills are conducted with pads and gloves in a controlled environment with the enthuses on fun!
‘Caveman’ training finds its new home. Lose weight and increase your functional strength without a treadmill or polo shirt wearing personal trainer in sight. Expect to have fun flipping tires, swinging sledge hammers and working with your own body weight. This class is non-contact and suitable for beginners.
I am going to try and keep you all updated on the goings on at H2H. If you are interested in booking a one on one session with myself or our combat instructors please shoot me a PM

Last night we had another new face, Young 15yo Matt. Showed some serious skill when we chucked some gloves on him & did some Muay Thai.

All the guys are showing better S&C, we worked thru some tire flips, box jumps.

The new squat cage went in last week so I started to teach the guys Muscle Ups on the chin bar :)

Muscle ups so hard :(

How much Muay Thai yous do, I'd mainly be interested in the kicks/knees, but i have almost 0 flexibility, do yous do that too??

We incorporate striking and grammar in to Kapap, come in and check it out for your self :)

Last night was the launch of Boxercise, was awesome to see some new faces on the mats. The girls loved the low impact work, make sure you join the H2H Facebook to keep in the loop :)

Monday was awesome, we finally have our Squat rack and Bench installed. Ran all the guys through the motions of learning to Squat and Bench, It was good to see everyone start from zero and move forward.

Little Matty (15) Squat and Benched 60kg for triples on his first every attempt. Good tallent there :)

Monday night we modified "Fight Gone Bad"

1 min on each station, 5 stations. 3 rounds with 1 ins rest.

Push Press 20kg
Sumo High Pull 20kg
50cm box jump
Burpee's
5kg Wall Ball

Sounds brutal.

What's Wall Ball?

Squat, throw the ball in the air as high as you can :)

Tonight was ladies night.

Elise did 25 push ups in 45 seconds!
Lana did it in 1.05
Mandi 1.13

I might add these were real push ups not those girly knee things.

I am very proud of the girls, 4 weeks ago they could not do 1 push up
