You hamstring to quad strength ratio should be the same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns.
Seriously, post a video of your squats or deadlifts and we will be able to see how much hamstring you are using and if you're overcompensating in your quads. Size doesn't necessarily = strength. Of course your quads will appear bigger than your hamstrings, they're a bigger muscle group.
Exercises like GHR, RDLs, UDLs, deadlifts and squats will all strengthen your hamstrings.
