Just thought id throw up a quick thread saying hello to everyone!

Im 22 years old and live in Wollongong, about 100km's south of Sydney if anyone is interested. Im pretty much a beginner but ive thrown around a bit of weight but not seriously. Thought id jump on this site for some friendly advice and from what i have read from some of the threads everyone seems helpful!

Just to throw some body stats in there if you happen to care. Im 6ft 5 and weight 112kg.

I look forward to my time here! And hopefully i will grow somewhat in a few years of hard solid work! :cool:
