I have sleep apnea and have been using a CPAP for a couple of years.
I'm convinced it has added years to my life.
I get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep (like the above poster I sleep like the dead), but it can take me a while to get to sleep depending on stress levels.

Im like you, but I can only get 6 hours max. I want to sleep as soon as I get home from work, but I dont to try and get some shut eye at a normal time but then its like I just had a pill and Im full of energy when Im supposed to be sleeping. One time I was on 4-5 hours sleep for a few days in a row. Driving home one night, head dropping and jerking back due to waking from microsleeps and I started to hallucinate. I thought I saw a yellow recycling bin in the middle of the f#cking road road!. After that I decided to pull over and rest for a bit.
Diesel, that CPAP stuff, is it prescription? Judging from wat youve said Im guessing it works pretty well? I need more sleep...
