My friends teased me that my arms are as big like a wrestler. :confused:

Im afraid to do anything without expert advice. lol
 
Get fit. Just lose weight all over. Do it gradually. Your arms may be the last place you lose weight from.......

3x5 body weight Turkish Get Ups with 4 back off sets and diagonal crawling planks as a finisher. Tuna shakes every third hour.
