Thou shalt not curl in the squat rack.

What's your opinion on PWOW?
Tough one....but I would say it's a bad idea. You need to walk into the gym all jacked up on natural test. You need to walk around the gym like a lion looking for pray. You need to lift for the girl on the treadmill who is watching you strut around. If you PWOW you won't be inclinded to do that.

Mid W is fine. Just pop to the loo and go in the sink.

I'll take that into consideration and give the mid technique a crack. Thanks for the feedback.
 
My Bible.

1. Must have a PW drink/drugs
2. Headphones and music
3. Quite time of day. Hate kunts
4. Protein powder ready when done.

If none of the above. I refuse to workout and will leave the gym.
 
I do use racks for curls, but always offer to move away when someone comes near to rack in case they want to use.

Fortunately, my gym is mostly empty and there are many racks.
