Is rye bread a good choice?

I cant stand multigrain bread, it tastes like shit to me. Just wondering if rye bread would be a ideal choice? Basically looking for the closest unrefined bread choice that does not taste like crap to me. thanx

There are good and bad rye breads same with multigrain/wholesale. Good option for more fibrous bread with higher macronutrients count and lower calorie density.

check the nutrition panels and report back?

also, cheaper bread is sometimes shittier than "normal" bread...

but if you like rye bread, and it fits your macros, eat it :)

well rye is still a grain, so there's a large population of humans who find it hard to digest.

so i'd still eat with moderation.

I prefer the 9 grains ploughman bread. With that many different grains in there, I'm sure to find one I'd like..
