My opinion is that you don't need preworkout supps and the safety of DMAA is unproven (which is why its about to be banned in the US and Austraila). If you're struggling, a black coffee, Red Bull or if you're desparate No Doz, should do the trick That said, if you're looking for info on them, there's plenty on the forum. Jack3d in particular has been discussed at length.
