I thought this would be an interesting read for everyone here, an interview with Aussie Pro Michael Kefalianos about his 2012 Olympia prep and nutrition & training plans.
He says among other things:
My goal is to compete two or three kilos heavier but more defined and sliced. So the extra weight will be the finishing touch and I will be 110% where I want to be. That's what my trainer is trying to achieve, that’s the goal he has set as a trainer, that I compete more defined, with more mass, more meat and more conditioning.
