Hi am a 26 year old man, Been doing weights for about 3 months,
I weigh 65kg
I am 5ft 9inc in height, but don't seem to build muscle well.
I have just got some pure creatine monohydrate, to help.
and am here to just get some help and advise.
I use to run alot, ran for the british army, I was a long distance runner, so of slim build. No matter what I do I can't get bigger.
Will this creatine help, and any tips please.
