So here we go a little apprehensive but I need to do it.
I’m 47 years of age weight is 170kg exercise would be a zero.
I signed up to my local gym today so I’m looking for any advise as to how I start do I go all in hammer and tongs as hard as I can go or do I take it slow and easy at the start.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated my goal is to get to 100kg

In my opinion one’s can take a slow start ease into the first few weeks of training,
Focus on the goals, seek guidance from the couch. According to your physique and fitness level your couch will advise you in a better way.
Other than that Choose 5 to 6 exercises to do Each day. Focus on completing 12 workouts in the first 30 days.
