Heavy - standard lifting applications, great support with flex
Super heavy - bolstered cast like support, while still being comfortable
2x Super Heavy - very heavy wrap, suitable for 1-5RM's
3x Super Heavy - brutal hold, like wrapping your wrists in concrete. 1-3RM only and not for the faint at heart.
