Commit to a time and place. When life is as busy as it is, these two factors cannot be left to chance each day as life throws too many curve balls to just allow an hour of gym to slot in freely if it hasn't been planned for a specific time 
Commit to each gym session individually. Once you have made it to gym each day... no matter how tired you are, and how much is on your mind, do the task at hand. If you made the effort to wake up and train or whatever the case, then train and do so for the full hour and give it your all.
