Hi gents for those whom live around Brisbane I wanna try a novice push pull to test the waters. Do any of you know any that are coming up in the next 6 month?

National Push Pull is on December 1. GPC.
Never hear of any Push Pull novice comps man.
Just do the GPC one. It will be a fun atmosphere, youll get to learn, and youll get to see some awesome lifting.

But yes, qualification is required for GPC nationals. Its a top ranking system. Top 15 totals get in essentially. Per weight class.
