im a fat fuck who should be cutting but doesn't care about being a fat fucker so instead lifts weights for the sake of lifting weights and takes any fat loss (which is happening) as a bonus

Try the 5x5 @ 80% of your training max for your BBB sets mate, if your chasing strength i personally find this is a lot better than the 5x10 @ 50%.
