Hey all

I'm going overseas from Jan 21st - 10th feb, so 3 weeks holiday.. Starting off in london for a week then winging it in Europe..

Should i take 3 weeks off, or..?

I really dont wanna regress or go backwards,so keen to do some stuff while over there?

I was thinking maybe some plyo work like clap pushups, squat jumps etc?

Well, the options are:

Take 3 weeks off and really enjoy your holiday and refresh, and come back ready for training after your holiday.

Or, find a gym while you are over them and get some training in.

Or, do some plyo work like clap pushups, squat jumps etc

Sorry, I haven't answered you question for you because I'm not you and have different goals.

Depends on what is important to you, completely enjoy holiday and forget about training for just a few weeks, or do some training while over there to keep in touch with it.

Only you can decide this.

Squat European chicks.

There will be plenty of that going on i hope ;)

I'm thinking i'll do plyo 3 times a week for 20-30 mins.

I dont think i need refreshing, right now i'm feeling the best i ever have. Actually regretting going overseas it will f*ck up my training lol... frustrating!!!

im glad someone asked this question as Ill be away from my gym for 5 weeks. Im will be trying to workout if I can find a decent gym. If not, then hotel gyms for the mean time?

sorry Dale, didnt mean to hijack your thread.

If you can get in 1-2 full body sessions a week and your diet is not complete garbage getting back to proper training will be much easier.

I've taken 4 weeks off before with no training and bad food, lots of drinking and it really set me back.

Pretty sure London/Europe have gyms, don't see why it even needs to be a blip on the radar.

Queenstown is basically a ski resort and I made do with the shitty hotel gym for 2 weeks, having access to real gyms (hell, even a barbell! luxury) should make it easy as pie.
