Personal Progression Strength Competition

This one is simple, the only person you are competing against is yourself

the idea is to see how well you can improve your lifts in three months

All you do is say these are the lifts I am doing now and then see how much more you can put on the bar in 90 days.
 
Ill be up for this...Should help me keep my motivation as well
I have only just started again so should be interesting to see after 90 Days

Squat - 50 5x3
Bench - 47.5 5x3
DL - 55 5x3
 
Well my lifts are as follows:


Bench 136kg (300lb) x 1 | Squat 155kg (340lb) x 1 | Deadlift 195kg (430lb) x 1 | Press 82kg (180lb) x 1


They are all new PB's less than a week old apart from the squat.:)
