does anyone know what is going on.

i got this response from the Court of Arbitration Sport about the PA appeal.

can you help me out Gerry given your PA contacts.

I believe Mr. Lewis is referring to case CAS 2017A/5419 Powerlifting Australia , Oceania Powerlifting Federation, and Mr. Robert Wilks v. International Powerlifting Federation. This is a governance-related dispute concerning the role of the Appellants within the International Powerlifting Federation (“IPF”) (the Appellants, led by Mr. Wilks, were removed from their seats on the IPF Executive Board and Anti-Doping Committee and now seek to return to this post). The Appellants moved for preliminary relief at the CAS but such request was denied. On agreement of the parties, the procedure is suspended in favour of a parallel procedure in the Luxembourg Courts (where the Appellants filed a separate action against the IPF. I do not have any further information about the Luxembourg proceedings. So in short, there is no hearing in this procedure scheduled with the CAS, and for the time being, the procedure is suspended.
