I do incline DB then flat BB. I can usually lift more this way then going straight into BB. I haven't done regular DB press cause it messes with my shoulders.
I had 2012/13 off due to travelling overseas and had lost most of my size when I returned. This combined with laziness had me not go to the gym until late November 2013.
I'm now ~3 months in and lifting more weight in most lifts than I was two years ago
