At PTC we regularly hold powerlifting competitions.
These are open to anybody and everybody, I find they are a great way to show new lifters how supportive and fun powerlifting is.

good stuff Sticky, the girl with the glasses had a few more kg' in her, need to see the rest of the chart tho :(, love to come up to your gym in the next couple of years
