Sometimes i sweat a lot when i work out and sometimes i hardly sweat at all. The intensity is always the same just the volume of sweat changes. Does this happen to anyone else? Do you know why it happens?
not too sure if liquid content would have much to do with it , if you were severely dehrated you might not sweat but our bodies are made up of mostly water so there should be plenty to sweat out
depends how much liquids in your body, sweat is actually the release of plasma from the blood when the body is dehydrated. conclusion = drink more water.
Gosh, where have you been Katie? I haven't heard from you for a while I was beginning to think I've upset you or something. Not like me to upset a lady. I'm surrounded by five remember? Seriously Katie, I must be really blessed to have all girls, just love the female species.
Fair enough, you keep on bumping into those dayshift boys then!
Yeh, girls are much more affectionate (generally speaking of course). Hopefully one day you'll have your own little Katies running around you calling you Mumy. (We need a "proud" icon around here!).
