Only thing that worked for me was cold turkey. If things were better i still would not have lit up another smoke. I wont go in to it here but its marrital shit that keeps me smoking. 4 a day though so not too bad. Hasnt affected my overal health, training or gains though.

good luck Gmmm, set small goals to start with and be strong. Just remember that one more is never just one more, its all or nothing when it comes to quitting.
