As the title of the post suggests I am looking for
a sparring partner (male or female). You don't need
to be experienced! <- Just motivated to meet up

Mate as I said earlier it's more for cardio than anything else.
So rest assured that there will be NO 'intentional' smacking!
I did 'kickboxing' (BJC style american/muay thai, but this varies
on your teacher) for about 3 years. I am a brown singlet in the BJC style
rankings. Although I'm more like begginer these days!!
Anyway happy to teach you if you sparr with me!
