Haha, I used to work opposite where you train. in your first video you can see the truck backed up to warehouse.
we would always see the boys in the morning on the ergo or training hard, so we used to use the term "lets fuck the chicken" as a way of getting all the work done quickly.
its the warehouse for all pig 'n' whistles in brisbane and up the coast. all their food is pre made there.

I do event stuff at Fitnance, East Brisbane. I do a few days a week at Goodlife on Edward St in the CBD. On occasion I do a session at Fitness Plus, Beerwah.
I am promoting a novice strongman event at Fitness Plus on April 3. I will be leaving my log and some stones there after that, if you are keen to come up for a session let me know. Have you done any strongman?

I havent done any events but I train strong man at home with big logs, sled pulls, car pushes, pulls, stones etc I train for powerlifting predominantly but I consider myself a all round athlete as apposed to just powerlifter or strongman. When my knee is better in about 6 weeks ill deffinitly come up for a session.
