Just wondering is there a limit on how much sugar we can consume each day? Most of the sugar I eat comes from fruit, milk & yoghurt.
But say if I take a post workout creatine drink like Celltech Hardcore, it packs in 75 grams of dextrose. Is drinking this healthy?
