Hey guys I've just started training again consistently after having a broken collarbone, I'm a 20 year old and about 180cm tall and weigh around 63-64kg at the moment. I quit alcohol and weed and no longer live a life of around party people and want to live a clean healthy lifestyle and make some serious gains in the next 4-5 years. P.S if any experienced bodybuilders could help me out to make sure my training routine is good for an ecto then I'd really appreciate it thanks

hey @JARROD: , good to hear you quit the weed and the grog , made a wise decision , all the best on your journey

Thanks a lot it brother was more mentally destroying me than physically, I have been completely clean of anything for over 6 or 7 months now and also stopped eating stuff like KFC etc, I used to eat sometimes 3-5 original pieces of KFC chicken every day sometimes. Wasted a lot of my money and life away since I was 17-20 but now I'm back on track and want to study to become a PT as of next year and do what I truly love. I was always interested in martial arts and fitness but only now I've become mentally mature enough to want to take it into action and aim for consistency and remove myself from those who don't really give a shit what happens to me and only care about living in the moment
